 "Preference is all about what the choices are. I remember in a perennial ryegrass plot trial, we had one hybrid that was grazed to a very low level and highly preferred in that trial. But when the same grass was in a plot among Italian ryegrasses, it was the least grazed. The idea is that it was the same grass, just in a different context.
